A home-crafter who had lost her previous online web store due to technical difficulties at her previous hosting provider, the Quillows ‘n Crafts store was designed to get her back online, showcase the beauty of her crafts and allow eCommerce online purchases. She also needed assistance in keeping the store up-to-date, so we provided basic maintenance by adding and updating products and doing seasonal design changes. One Christmas season we did a marketing campaign that included social media and email, and sales doubled. With no campaign the following year, sales returned to levels matching those prior to our online marketing initiative. A customer appreciation coupon sharing campaign one January drew a spike in sales during a normally slow sales period. Both campaigns clearly demonstrate of the value of our marketing services.
